Highly recommend!! After getting a home inspection where we were told the house was “structurally sound” I still felt uneasy and decided to hire a structural engineer for a second opinion. I called and spoke with Colton, I explained the situation and our due diligence time frame. He was able to get us scheduled the following morning. Colton came in and pretty immediately called out things the inspector didn’t comment on like severely sloped floors. Colton validated our concerns and seemed to genuinely care about our investment. Thanks to Colton’s honest and professional opinion we were able to avoid making a huge mistake in taking the inspectors opinion and purchasing a structurally compromised home. He gave us his observations in writing and got back to us quickly with answers we needed to cancel our contract. HUGE THANK YOU for being so great to work with!

These guys really struggle with putting together a plan. For your engineering needs please consider just about anywhere else. Countless thought less plans have been submitted to us by Jeremey and his team. These guys do not know what they are doing.

Reply to their reply: It sounds like you don't know what happened as that is not how it is or how it went. Might want to check again with Jeremy to see what the reality of it is. Your company and Jeremy are nightmare material.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. From June of 2018 through January of 2019 we tore down our "started home" and built a new one in its place. We engaged the services of Reeve & Associates and I had the pleasure of working with Trevor. He help us to first understand the full size of our plot and what floor plans would fit according to the city/county guidelines and setbacks. They surveyed the lot to ensure the documentation on file was correct. It was a good thing that we did this because we had a wall running down the SW corner of our lot, which would have caused us problems with the city had we not found this issue before building. In short we were able to get the buildable area figured out and we were able to move forward.

In the midst of building, we had a rather crazy and massive hurdle that came up. We are not connected to city water, we are on our own well. We assumed that when we purchased the house in 2006, that we also purchased the water rights, but that wasn't case, and was very concerning. The County wanted to halt our project until we either could prove that we had the water rights or we connected to city water, which would have costs about $20K and not what we wanted at all. We found out that back in 1951 when the house was originally first sold, the water rights did not get included to the trusted deed. With the help of Reeve & Associates (Trevor) we were able to link the water rights to each and every trusted deed that was sold until it reached us, and we now had ownership of the proper water right and approval from the County. This wasn't easy to do, but it not only saved us lots of money, it also saved us from losing one of the things we love most about our home, having our own well with amazing tasting water!

We would highly recommend the services of Reeve and & Associates, they were with us every step of the way!

Came here for a little over a week to help my brother able to close in an area of a home he just purchased. We were pretty sure that building a new wall that the outside beams would have been sufficient but since we've expanded we need to the structural engineer to be sure. We went to their new office and met a nice lady at the front desk. She called an engineer who shortly came and set down with us. We discussed what we needed and our limited time and he said he would have somebody out in the morning. They came out in the morning took a look at everything and went and did the numbers and they we're able to give us a report so that we knew what we had to do before the weekend. Very impressed by the timeliness and help in our situation.

Hands down the best service. Emailed them because I wanted to knock a wall down in my house and I needed a structural engineer to let know if the wall was load bearing and what size beam I need. They got back to me super fast and came to my house. Really professional all the way and very knowledgeable.
