We bought a used car here in june, the cars engine blew already, we barely put 1k miles on the car. UPDATE:2018 honda accord 1.5t, we were guaranteed this car was good to drive when we bought it, it was as-is no warranty but beware of this dealership, they will trick you into buying a ticking time bomb.

I can't say enough bad things about the service desk at this dealership. About a month ago, I had my completely disabled Nissan Leaf towed there for service. I asked them to repair my car and handle an open recall. I was given no estimate for how long the service would take. But now I know why. It took them 10 DAYS to perform a diagnostic! At this point, I was considering towing my car from this garage to another one. After 10 days, they decided the issue was the battery. It took them another 4 DAYS, to put a new 12 volt battery in. I'm sure it would have taken longer, had I not called every other day to check in, I'm sure.

So after waiting TWO WEEKS to have a 12 volt battery replaced, I went to pick up my car. While there, I saw at least 4 service advisors sitting at desks, and one on the phone. When I went up to an open service advisor to just pay and get my car back, they guy promptly said, "I'm not your service advisor, I can't help you." When I left there was no mention of the recall at all.

Apparently it took two weeks to find the bubblegum and chicken wire that got my car off their lot. Because I had the same error that halted the car come up 3 weeks later.

The professional Nissan dealership I'm working with now has been communicating the entire step of the way and got a diagnostic done in a couple of hours. You know, like a normal garage would.

If there is someone out there who is trying to make a profit off this particular service desk, my advice is to clean house. I would happily pay up to a grand to tow my car to any garage except this one. Between the lost time with no car, stress, and substandard work, it would be cheaper.

Huge huge huge thank you to Ashley and the Reed Nissan team. I walked in last weekend with challenged credit and $500 down. All I needed was something reliable for me and my future child. Ashley was so patient and worked through everything with me with absolutely zero pressure. I was able to walk out same day with a beautiful 2017, low miles, 2 years of warranty, and a payment right around what I'd asked for in the first place.

I am so grateful to Reed Nissan for helping me get into a vehicle I can trust to get me safely from place to place. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. I was there for hours because we ran into a little issue with proof of address, since I'd just moved a few days before and hadn't thought about that before going in. She never made me feel like a burden and checked in on me while doing all she could to get approval with what I could offer.

I LOVE my new car. I'm proud to drive it, I love driving it, and I am so relieved to know that my family will be comfortable and safe whether we're driving around town or taking a beach trip. THANK YOU

If I could do a lower zero star rating I would. The amount of time that it has taken us to get any type of answers from this dealership is unreal and unacceptable. When we call we get the run around. We leave messages that are never returned. Call back and get asked a million questions when we ask to speak to a manager from the sales rep. Then told that the manager has left for the day when in fact he hadn't and finally called back almost 30-45 minutes later.

I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle since I bought it. Within weeks of purchasing it the tire sensor went bad and it isn't covered under warranty because the tire was plugged as a repair. Now we have a windshield that is actively leaking because a seal is bad after an after market windshield was installed by the previous owner/insurance. Not covered under warranty due to it not being a Nissan Windshield (unknowingly to us as we have not had it replaced). Basically have been told that if these problems arose a few months after we purchased the vehicle in June of 2023 that they may be able to help us. But being that its more than a year later that it is now presenting itself we are out of luck.

How is this fair for a customer? Especially when they are spending over $40,000 on a vehicle from your location that you considered "Nissan Certified". Why are we expected to pay for a new windshield replacement costing almost $450 because of something that was faulty from the beginning and has gotten excessively worse. The water is leaking down into the dashboard and literally pouring water out by our fuses. The potential for frying our electrical system and fuse box is there and it's no concern of theirs.
