The engineers at Redwood are amazing!! I wasted many months and thousands of dollars with another much larger engineering firm. Fortunately I decided to cut my losses and hire Tim and his team.

They finished the plans within weeks, and caught a number of dangerous mistakes that the other firm made. Redwood gave great suggestions on how to improve the plans and they were mindful of cost saving options.

After my horrible experience with the larger firm I spent a number of hours at Redwood's office pouring over the new plans. Tim was very patient with all my questions and did a great job of explaining the principles behind the decisions that were made. I had a couple of minor changes that I wanted made and they completed the plans that afternoon.

The senior engineers at Redwood are very involved in the work that is being done under them and Tim knew my plans forwards and backwards.

It was so nice to actually work with a firm that understood how to engineer an ICF home. After I get done building my 48 foot tall (13 feet below grade and 35 feet above grade) DIY passive ICF home based on their plans I will post some photos.
