Devin at Red Hill Realty was my buying agent for a house I purchased in Lawrence County. I was very pleased with the service I was provided. I highly recommend Rob Waide. He sold my house in two weeks. We communicated via e-mail and phone as I live out-of-state. He handled everything from negotiating the contract to finding the movers and was at the property on moving day to ensure that everything went smoothly. He is professional and always responded to phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. I should add that I have never met Rob personally. I look forward to meeting him at the closing. Now that deserves a 5-Star review.

In real estate it’s really hard to find a genuine professional that will give you true and honest advice without first thinking about their own agenda. Working with Rob Waide has been an amazing experience. He always listens to me and has a lot of local knowledge to share. He really took his time with me and made sure we found the right home. I am a roofing contractor and sometimes I deal with not so good realtors that are just trying to get their commission as soon as possible leaving the homeowners lost trying to pick up the pieces after a bad investment.
