If negative stars were available they would get one. I was trying to believe that real estate agents weren't just in it for the money, but I was proven wrong. Befriended an agent who helped us buy our home, she lied about almost every question that was asked of her. When I asked for pictures for specific parts of the home she could never get the right ones, like she had no idea what I was asking for or how to communicate that she didn't understand. When I would ask her to relay questions to the sellers we never received answers. She lied about "improvements" that were made, "cleaning" that was done and a laundry list of other issues. She Promised to help us out when confronted with all the issues, but of course she took the money and we haven't heard from her in months. Don't waste your time

If I could give it no stars, I would.
I can’t speak for the office itself but I can tell you my experience with Thomas Brown.
He did not go over any of the inspections with us when it came to the house and even left while the inspectors were there. The inspectors didn’t do anything wrong but Thomas brown did not rely some of the most important issues with us.
He claimed the house/pool and the land was a good condition according to the seller. The seller, Whitney Kropf and his agent, TYLER KROPF lied on their disclosure forms. He failed to give us one of the inspection to do with the well we have on land and it has absolutely no water. We invested almost $900k and we cannot even live there. It’s inhabitable. The toilet does not flush and there is no water coming in. We’re in the middle of a lawsuit and Thomas denies all of it and even went as far to say he isn’t responsible for going through with the inspections with us when that’s exactly his Job! He celebrated in Vegas the weekend we closed on the house not knowing the nightmare we were about to encounter. This agent did not protect his clients but was in it for the paycheck.
