Julio recently was referred to me from a personal friend and real estate professional to help us sell our rental property to long term tenants (who are also in-laws). As it was a family affair, I had always thought about getting a lawyer to do the paperwork instead. Wow am I glad we just went with Julio!

He made the process for both sides (represented seller and buyer) so easy and worked with where we were in our experience. This was my first sale and my in-laws' first purchase. Beyond knowledgeable in all things real estate, Julio was so good when tricky situations arose with a septic system and did a ton of research and got a myriad of contractors out to check out the situation.
