We were looking for a Realtor in Concord and, after seeing Todd Goforth's 5 star Yelp reviews, we decided to give him and a few other Realtors in Concord a call. We interviewed several, and quickly agreed that Todd was the man for the job. He did an excellent job listing our home for sale in Concord, and we ended up accepting an offer for nearly $80,000 over what we asked! He was great through the whole process from the beginning to end. He brought in his stager, house cleaners, landscaper and some other great folks to help with the process. We had 7 offers on our house, and some of the contracts were a bit tricky, he did a good job reading them thoroughly and explaining the pros and cons of each one to us. We moved out of the state, and he still checks in with us from time to time which we appreciate. We highly recommend Todd, he is a great Realtor and person, we are thankful we found him.

There are so many ways professionally I can speak about Todd and his professionalism, timeliness, knowledge and ease he made of getting my moms house sold. He is truly amazing! However, that is not what this review will be about. My review is about the kindness, compassion, sincerity and respect he showed my mom and our family.
