Horrible apartments to live in and moving forward I will make sure I do my research when applying for an apartment to Make Sure The property is not Managed or owned by REAL SOURCE PROPERTIES. I have critters in the walls of my apartment, pretty sure it’s squirrels , I had this issue before in another apartment I lived in and it took a while for them to do something about it to get the damn squirrels out… Real Source Properties doesn’t return calls . I called before in the past … if something is not done about these squirrels, I will have to call the news and the better business bureau. I pay my rent on time actually a head of time and I’m a good tenant. Should not have to deal with this . I also have a recording of the damn critter in the wall for them to hear .

I have lived here for several years, and let me tell you, before RealSource took over this complex, it was a nice place to live and things were taken care of in a timely manner. If a service request was put in, it was fixed the next day. If not, you received a call or message stating when it would be completed AND they completed it as promised. Now, you’re lucky if you see a maintenance staff at all. Every outdoor light of my building has been out for over four months. It was repaired before that and had been out of service for 4 months before that. When you inquire, every person in the office provided a different excuse. Before I was in this building, I was in the one across from it and was moved because they refused to repair/replace the AC unit that was broken for my unit. Now, I have been waiting for two weeks for them to repair/replace the microwave that is not working in my unit. There has never been a response to my inquiry. Every time I call about it, I am given another excuse as to why it is not done. I am also promised by the management staff as well as the maintenance lead that it will be done that day. It’s been two weeks now. Some times the staff does not even take my call; the call service does not answer or respond either. This place use to be great. The grounds were beautiful and everything was maintained. It was a great place to live. Now they just raise rent every year and the place is falling apart inside and outside. Do not move here. Find somewhere that cares about you as a resident and gives you your money’s worth. RealSource is nothing more than a real pain and an example of how not to run a business.

I called to report an abandoned stolen car that contained an embroidered employee jacket and tools. If that's not urgent, I'm a stuck duck. I never did get any kind of call back and finally got a Facebook message that seemed totally uninterested two weeks later. If that's how they respond in a situation on which someone is trying to help their employee, I can't imagine how hard it is to get them to call you back if you are a resident. That said, the leasing offices at their three Atlanta properties were very nice, and their switchboard operator cared way more than they did.

I was fraudulently taken advantage of by Autumn Ridge apartments, they refuse to address why the cashed a $275 admin fee when I was denied tenancy and refuse to refund me the money to the tier of hanging up on me when I call and all together avoiding my calls. I simply asked what policy and procedure were they following to justify cashing the money before I was approved in the first place and I was hung up on . Then the property manager follows and says he refuses to talk to me making up lies like I got an attorney when clearly I have been wronged !!!

I rented an apartment at Heron Walk in Jacksonville Florida for a year, always on time with my payments. I was asked to leave a review days before I vacated which was positive. However, I am disappointed because I never received my security deposited of 300 dollars and change. Its been well over a month and no refund as promise. I realized their apology is automated and full of nonsense. Regional Manager(T.M) does not respond to emails concerning her residents. No number is provided to contact her unless you research. Poor business ethics and management. I should not have encounter this. Until then, I will keep a log and update you of any changes. Do not apologize, fix your problems.

The reason number ONE I was forced to move out was the incident that happen April 24, 2020 at 1 am that involves police two times. Which prior I had given notice for a different reason. Do not state in my move out I was buying a house when the main version is different VIOLANCE. Which the action about the incident should have been asking the other person to move out and not keeping an individual that cause violence in the community. Now management is asking to pay over $2,000.00 for my move out keeping the person that cause damage to our apartment and violence. I have proof I clean my apartment great conditions. Has proof of the broken wine bottle that when trough our living room, glass that was thrown by our neighbor with drug issues. I have a police report. What else? And still must pay $2,000.00 plus for rent charges for RealSource Management not taking the right actions necessary. MY move out charges reflect I left my apartment in good conditions. The only way I can post this review is by selecting a star. PLUS, MAINTENANCE DOES NOT EVEN EXIST IN THIS COMMUNITY!!!!

My rating for this horrible management is ZERO ZERO STAR! DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I live in Winston Salem, NC and this year of all years my rent has gone up over $200 because they want to be competitive in their prices. This isn't up north where I'm originally from where rent prices are much higher due to coae of living. People of move to the south for a break in price because it's cheaper. The pandemic has brought out the evil in these management companies and I'm sick of it. The maintenance has gone to hell because you only have 2 men for a complex of over 400 apartments. Make it make sense. Realsource Management LLC is a joke.
