Extremely satisfied with their service! I've been living in the apartment that Norm and his team rented to me since November of 2019. I was able to see the apartment the same day I inquired about it, I filled out an application on their website, and I was approved by the end of the afternoon. Norm is very responsive and professional whenever I need anything. Such personable service is hard to come by in today's world.

My family rented a home through Real Trust Realty for two years and were beyond happy with their professionalism . Service requests were fixed in a professional and timely manner. At the end of our two year lease when the owners of the home wanted to sell Jen and Norm seamlessly walked us through the buying process and now we are the proud owners of our home.

As if that weren't enough when I needed a Notary, a year later, to take care of some documents Norm was there to save the day.

We rented a property managed by RTA for 4 years and never had any issues and always had our welfare as a tenant in mind. So when it came time for us to purchase a home of our own Norm was our first choice in realtor! He went above and beyond for us during the whole buying process. He listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home in the area we wanted BEFORE the house even went in the market! He coordinated all the inspections and answered every question we had. We will ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone!

They were great to rent from. They value privacy which is very important. They won't bug you or bother you unless you ask them to, haha. As long as you pay your rent on time or within the grace period, you won't hear a peep out of them. We didn't have many maintenance problems when we lived at the property we rented from RTA, but Norm was available day or night on the one or two occasions that we needed landlord assistance. If I were to ever rent again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Norman Wehner and Real Trust Associates.

We rented through RTA for two years. All repairs were made in a timely manner. They were reasonable about requests. We had no issues with service or misunderstandings.

We did not get our full deposit back, but the amount that was retained was due to small issues and seemed fair.

I bought an investment property in Rising Sun, MD umpteen years ago and after having to run my first tenants out for always paying late, I had to do a pretty significant overhaul and one of my brother's real estate friends suggested that I hire Norm and RTA to manage my rental for me. I was getting $875 a month from the tenants I had inherited when I bought the property and Norm pretty quickly signed a tenant onto a lease for $1100 plus the sewer bill that I had been previously paying, making me significantly more money at the end of the day and erasing my headache of dealing with tenants. I don't enjoy going to the court house every month to get paid. And that sewer bill in Rising Sun has gone up significantly over the years due to the town's expansion of the sewer system. Norm has found me several good tenants over the 13 years he has managed my property. I don't even remember how long the most recent tenants have been there. That's what you want from your rental property, someone living there that pays on time. That is what Norm has delivered. The other thing that I'm probably the most grateful for is that he also handles a majority of small and some large repair issues and usually gets a very fair price if you don't already have your own people in place. Norm also kept me very informed about upcoming issues that I might have to give attention to if and when a tenant were to move out. Hiring Norm Weiner and RTA Realty to manage my rental property was probably the BEST business decision I've ever made. If you have a rental property in the Cecil County Maryland area, I highly recommend Norm and his team at RTA to take the stress off your hands and manage it for you.
