Two years ago my wife and I decided to hire a property management company for our Waldorf, MD rental after a terrible experience with tenants that ultimately cost us a lot of time and money. Real Property Management Gold and our Waldorf Property Manager, Camile Viray have been great! We can always count on Camile's timely and proactive communication, great information, and overall organizational skills that make our remaining engaged with our property very easy without the headache of day-to-day management. The service has been so reliable that when I needed to rent out my Prince George's county property, I didn't hesitate in contacting Real Property Management Gold. I just wanted to start off saying I love Real Property Management I’ve only been in my place since July and communication has been everything with keeping us posted. When we needed them they have always been a text away and responded back very quickly with a response! We had a minor issue in our that was resolved in a timely fashion matter due to Yvonne working with us and keeping us updated with everything that was going on. Yvonne was nothing, but great to us! Thanks again RPM and Yvonne we really appreciate all you guys hard work and dedication! Keep up the great customer service!

I am a tenant at one of the Waldorf properties. A meld request was placed on August 2nd due to a water leak leading to a completely soaked carpet. After going through different vendors and sending multiple people out to look at the situation, the water leak problem was finally fixed due to an HVAC problem (approximately a month later). The delay in fixing this issue led to the carpet being soaked for a long time. The carpet, baseboards, and walls were torn down to assess for damage/mold. It is December now, with the baseboards not entirely placed back and the carpet still needs to be installed. I pay extra a month for resident benefits, including maintenance; however, this issue has gone on for far too long and no one has shown a sense of urgency to rectify this situation. Almost all downstairs is unavailable for lounging purposes because the furniture was moved out of the way to grant better access to fix the issue, and no carpet reinstallation has been done. I am very upset with how this has been handled and the amount of time it has taken to fix this situation completely. All the monthly rent paid does not equal the service I am receiving and the amount of space available to me to lounge. No tenant should have to experience this level of unprofessionalism.

I have attached some pictures of what downstairs looks like at this time and downstairs has been like that for MONTHS!

Real Property Management Gold did a great job of handling issues that arose when our AC stopped working. Yvonne Cabintoy did a great job assigning a vendor and getting a vendor out here to handle the repairs to the unit. Definitely makes renting through them easy and stress-free. Yvonne is responsive and quick to respond when there is an issue.

I just moved in to my home about a month ago. The service so far has been great so far! There has been a few minor mishaps but they are great with communicating and keeping me up to date on my request. Camile, was super friendly and efficient as she assisted me with a request I submitted. She was great at following up and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend!
