If I could rate zero stars, I would. Terrible company. If your building is managed by them, steer clear. They fail to address issues and overcharge for subpar service, likely to cut costs. The lack of proper equipment in the apartments is unacceptable. Easily the worst management company I've ever encountered.

After taking over management of our apartment in October 2019 they never once sent a utility bill. When we decided to move out, they charged everything at once and charged us for the year before we even occupied the apartment. Instead of calling us to discuss charges, they stole them from our $4,500 deposit and returned about $670 to us. Absolutely mismanaged and unprofessional company. Will update review with more details if we have to go to claims court.

Extremely unresponsive and very unprofessional. Notified them of a smoke/carbon monoxide detector going off in a vacant unit in our building one Friday evening. After no response for over an hour, I received an email stating they would not have anyone available until Monday to enter the apartment. One of several instances of them being very negligent of their property and tenants

I have lived in an RMC managed apartment for a year. After moving in, there have been many issues with the responsiveness of this management company. The RMC team has been both unresponsive and unhelpful in all requests in the last year.

2 months after we moved in, RMC team started MAJOR construction (demolishing half of the building foundation, ripping up concrete (very loud), and reconstructing the entire basement and first floor). We received NO notice of this construction before signing our lease. The construction begins at 7am every morning and has lasted for 12 months. RMC denied all requests for reimbursement for the inconvenience that they caused and for the lack of notice (we still haven't received any formal written notice).

Along with a long string of issues, including water shut offs, laundry issues, rat problems, etc. the commercial space next to our apartment (located in the building) is now undergoing a full remodel. We are going on 14 months of un-notified construction.

I am beyond displeased.

Great experience with RMC - they were super responsive, very quick to fix work orders and quick to return our deposit to us. Wouldn't hesitate to renting one of their properties again!

They do NOT resolve issues or respond to any emails or issues. Don't buy ANYTHING that this company manages. They are the WORST!! You do NOTHING for the residents or even answer!!! You just take everyone's money!!! The acm is a compete joke that's under you and you do NOTHING to resolve them being bullies and not needing to fix issues!!!
