Agent Khai Pau does not dress professionally (came to show the house in shorts & T-shirt). We entered the home thru the garage, not the front door. He does not talk about the house or answer questions, he only leads the walk. He did not disclose that his real estate investment firm, NN Blessing Inc, owned 19606 Marigold Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21742, he kept demanding the earnest money deposit. Very unprofessional; poor representation of this office; doing NN Blessing Inc. deals on agent time for his broker @ RealEstateTeam LLC.

Our house had a contract in 6 days it was a process and some hurdles but thanks to Amanda every time there was a opportunity she handled it and made things easy this was a great team to work with Kim also had everything in order thank you again for a smooth sell of our home
