I can only tell you what I have experienced..I called last week a female answered the phone.I left a message and never received a call back. So I called back this week gentleman name Augustus answered the phone.He was very pleasant and informative. I explained my situation of an encroachment and he proceeded to tell me what I can do . The work is promised to be done within 14 days if I understand correctly. Half down and half on completion. I will add an addendum leater

I tried calling these people and I kept getting the same run around. Were going to send an email proposal. They told me that 7 times. I talked to the actual survey himself. He said he'd send it in 5 minutes, of course that never happened. I called today and he said I'm going to send it in 5 minutes. Do not deal with these people read the bad reviews.

If I could leave 0 starts I would, probably the most awful service ever. He did a survey and their are mistakes on it, he wont review it, he hangs up on you. I have 3 people trying to reach out and we are not being successful. Worst mistake ever to give Mr. Fitzroy business. Truthfully this type of person should not be in business.

They checked my wall check survey triple cost for expediting , they would sent it to me one day after the field guy measurement it so of course they did not. i ordered it Last Tuesday, i supposed to have it Thursday Morning their office person said my boss not here , ill send it whenever he came today of course he did not sent it , Friday afternoon he sent me something but totally wrong measurement then i went to his office , he said ok ill fix it and sent it on Saturday again he did not sent it. i called them 100 times no one answering . they are UNPROFESSIONAL . dont TRUST them.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE. If there is a way to give this company a 0 (zero) star, I would. It's one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Did not do any work and kept part of the deposit. Too long to write here. I should have heeded the other reviews before hiring this company. The website is very slick looking, but that is just smokescreen and mirror.

0 stars. Did an incomplete/inaccurate survey and never followed up with requested information. They said they sent over the items but never did. Do not use this company for any services. They will say they are doing the work but will never complete it and take your money.

They answered right away which was refreshing, but quoted me over $1000 for a boundary survey & staking of a residential property. no way
