As a reasonably seasoned investor who has bought and sold properties around the Baltimore area for the last 20 years, I've had the opportunity to work with many brokers in my career and many of them, though not all, have been great.

So when I say that I had never met Robert Kaetzel of Real Estate Professionals Inc before May of this year, and we are already working on our 4th deal together, that should speak volumes. I actually met him as the sellers agent for a property I eventually purchased, and was so impressed by the way he conducted himself, I decided to give him the listing of a custom home I had built from scratch. The word 'professional' can mean many things... most relators carry themselves professionally... but for me as an investor, 'professional' extends far beyond persona and extends itself into market analysis, dissemination of information, and presentation. Robert really goes above and beyond in that capacity. He makes me videos highlighting a potential property, the comps, all the analytics. I LOVE HIS VIDEOS. They put all the information I'm looking for into a consolidated format which I then have at my fingertips. The landscape of how real estate is being bought and sold is changing and Robert is absolutely on top of it.

To bring this full circle, I met with numerous agents before listing my custom build, his video with market analysis, suggested pricing and comparables, spoke to me in a manner that I needed to hear. Selling real estate is much more than blitz marketing on the MLS. The end result... we got a full price offer which was RECORD SETTING for the area after one week on the market. Real estate is tricky these days, and yet he made it simple.
