The apartment building is well kept up and beautiful, dating to the 1920s. The apartments and lobby areas on each floor are charming with historic architecture, plants, book shelves, and couches where you can sit and read. The management team is friendly and they generally respond very quickly to maintenance needs in apartments. My apartment is generally very quiet, and neighbors are respectful, but apartments next to those with small children at times experience more noise. The property is very peaceful, and residents and neighbors enjoy the grass and trees on the property. To avoid conflicts between residents, residents share noise concerns with the management office, who will communicate them with the other residents. The apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, which are especially great if you have allergies to dust in carpets as I do. Some apartments have been very warm in the winter, since the heater was replaced, but overall everything is very comfortable.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. Park like setting with gardens and chairs outside around the building. The apartment is clean. Not one problem. The neighbors are very nice. From college students to working people to seniors, everyone gets along. The office and maintenance are VERY responsive, no matter how big or small the request. They’re very professional and maintenance always wear masks when they come into my apartment. There’s also a sun room reading area on each floor with plants and books we all share. We have free heat, which is a considerable savings. If my family was here in town I’d rent a 3 bedroom since they’re the size of a townhouse, with very large rooms, big windows, high ceilings and a complete kitchen with room for a breakfast nook in addition to the very large dining room. I can’t say enough about how happy I am here.

I have lived here for four years. The staff is very friendly and responds to requests quickly. Yes the building is old but is full of character (in a very good way) and well maintained. I've lived in 2 apartments and each time they have been very clean with new paint and the wood floors stripped and reshined. There are huge closets and rarely do you see a bug. Its true. I feel very safe here as well.The tenants are young and old, friendly and helpful, and quiet. And the grounds are beautiful with space to walk and relax. I looked at a number of bldgs in the area and this was the best value and best vibe. They even have guest rooms to rent for out of town guests. How great is that.

I have been living at RED'S Wyman Park Apts for 8+ years. It's an old building but well maintained. The kitchen is not modern & small. Internet access is with Port Networks, a local company, so one can avoid COMCAST (a big plus!) My part of the building is quiet, probably from good neighbors and high ceilings. In my experience the staff are friendly and genuinely want to help tenants. The building is located in a pretty neighborhood with many big trees and is convenient to John's Hopkins.

I'm very very happy with Real Estate Dimensions. I have lived in Wyman Park Apartments for many years. The staff and management are superb. They are *highly* responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartments are spacious, attractive, and an excellent value. Wyman Park is a charming community, too.

The apartment is fine. Not great, but fine. Cold in the winter because they turn the radiators on inconsistently. My main issue is the management. I'm super unhappy with how they're handling things (or rather NOT handling things). I would not recommend unless you've been looking for a building where people can do whatever they want with no repercussions beyond an email asking them to stop.
