Worst concrete supplier I’ve ever used in the entire state.

I ordered for a basement walkout. Ordered it at 4 inch slump. Showed up at an 8 inch would not hold in my stairs, called the dispatch and the higher-ups and they did nothing to make it right. Or to help us out in the situation. I would not recommend using these guys at all. Terrible experience with ready made. Geneva will give you a much better product and customer service.

Elvis is the man! He was the driver for a small pour I helped with and he was so helpful. He was in the concrete with us raking and did a great job cleaning up the street for us afterwards. After he left, we all agreed that he was the most helpful driver we have ever had. Thanks Elvis!

This is an awesome company! The cement guy came on time, was very friendly and respectful of our property. Ready Made had great communication setting up my orders for foundation, walls and they just did floors. They worked very smoothly with our pump companies who pumped the concrete. I also love supporting family and locally owned business like this one that serve our community at a fair price. Highly recommend. Thank you ready made for helping me build my addition.

We ordered a large truck load of concrete from this company for a wall we were doing. The price was fair so we decided to go with them. Boy I’m glad we did! The driver of the large truck was on time and able to maneuver through a tight space on the side of our house very well. The driver was friendly, patient and the concrete was a good consistency. Unfortunately we hadn’t properly calculated and were short about a yard and a half and it was 3 in the afternoon. I called ready made to see if they might possibly have a small truck that could bring out a yard and a half and she said they did and that he would be there within an hr! Bless their hearts, they saved us from a catastrophe!! When the second driver came he too had a great attitude (even though he was supposed to be heading home until they got that very late in the day call from us) and helped get the concrete to the consistency we needed. Overall fantastic company and if we need concrete again I’m ordering from them!

I have had these guys deliver concrete 4 times in the last 4 months. They have always been on time and the concrete amount and mix was exactly what i ordered. On one of the pours the driver even help us out until our late worker arrived. I like that they offer the option of a smaller truck when i need it. I am happy with ready made concrete and i am placing another order with them today. My only complaint is that they charge a $40 fee for Saturday delivery that i wish they would work with me on, but i know that Saturday is not a work day so i understand.

Updated review: The actual project went fine, and the price was very reasonable for the concrete. We did have some trouble with some unexpected fees and less than professional interactions with management afterward. They made it right by refunding us the unexpected fees after my first review, so I am updating my review to reflect that. In the future, some simple conversations with your customers prior to the project can prevent something like this from occuring. I'm not unreasonable, and wouldn't have gotten so upset if the conversation had been kinder or more compromising from the begining. A manager should be able to take some negative feedback without arguing with customers. Thank you for making it right.

Really disappointing. They brought a massive truck for a small load, then claimed because it's not meant for that truck size, the meter won't show correctly. Uh, so bring the correct size truck? If they had brought the normal size truck it would have saved a massive amount of time and effort. The guy then spent the first 20 minutes trying to correct the consistency. They just don't seem to plan well or think things through, and the guy kept trying to shout to me from inside the truck cab. I indicated a dozen times that I couldn't hear anything when he's in there and he just kept on shouting, not caring if I understood. He was incredibly unpleasant and I finally had to ask him to leave. Even though they have replied to other reviews claiming they fixed the washout issue, the guy still wanted to washout on our lawn. He had no contingency or way to washout, so the owners who are replying they fixed that straight up lied. Major waste of time and money.
