I would like to give a great recommendation to RD Design. I am a realtor in Phoenix who works closely with construction teams and Dora and her team are the best out there.

On top of Dora taking charge on all of her builds, Alma who is on her team, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Both of them work hand in hand to not only know their product, but answer any questions and make building homes as stress free as it can be. Being a Real estate agent, it’s very hard to find good hard working people who you can trust, but RD design team is just that. And I’ve seen and worked with many.

RD Design Team has been absolutely incredible! I reached out to them because I wanted to build a casita in my back yard. I met with Dora Castillo and her team in person and they shared with me all of their amazing casita options. We chose one of their options and got to customize certain aspects of it to make it my own.
Not only did they design the casita but they also built it as well! The entire process from start to finish was better than I could have asked for. We just finished on the project and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

I Highly recommend RD Design Team. If you are looking for a one-top-shop team that will work with you on your dream home/casita then definitely give these guys a look!

The WORST architectural needs you'll ever find. DO NOT, DO NOT do business with Dora Castillo she does not deliver what she charges you. Building a home with her plans is an absolute nightmare. Evitate el Dolores de cabeza y NO hagas negocio con Dora. Parese que hase los planos sin importancia.

Would NOT recommend this company. I have been trying to get an appointment to visit our home in Ftn Hills since Dec only to be told that Dora is too busy to visit with us. Not even an offer to at least set something up in a few weeks schedule permitting. The assistant didn't seem to care and stated the best she can offer is a phone call. If this is the best they can do with first impressions then will look elsewhere!
