I used RB Electrical Service 3 or 4 times over the last four years for various projects so I wanted to have them perform the work. They are always quick to communicate, are professional, and do quality work.

I sent the number that I had for RB a text about the work / availability. Brian responded within 24 hours and was able to provide me a quote for the work and some date options. Within days, the work was done and everything looks great. Brian was professional, thorough, and accommodating. Could not be happier with my experience from getting an estimate, to scheduling and to having the actual work done. Everything was well done, with reasonable prices and truly a great experience. I am always hesitant to call anybody out to the house for anything because of the poor customer service that is typical these days. Excellent experience. Saw their ad in the church newsletter. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Prior to the appointment, reminders were sent and they even sent a photo of Tom who would be coming to our house. Tom was respectful, efficient and knowlegeable. Sent an email to RB on Monday and they responded the next morning and were able to come out that day. I had and issue with an outdoor GFI outlet and a breaker box.
