Called and a ticket was written up and technician got back in touch with me in a timely manner. Two gentlemen who came out were very professional and their work impeccable. They installed wall outlet and the wiring going up the wall was secured and not an eyesore.
All this work was done at my church Lovejoy Baptist Church.
We had a couple lights to go out in this same area as well as one in our kitchen area that has been out for over a year. Wesley came out and got all these lights up and running. Very professional and Godly young man who was a pleasure to have do our work.

I need a quote or an estimate for electrical work at my house. The receptionist said this company cannot give a quote. The hourly rate plus unknown cost of materials is all they quote. Without knowing an estimated hours needed, there is no way to know if the price will be resonable or not. If the quality of the service on the phone is like the actual work, it's not reassuring. I think just saying "we don't give estimates because we are too busy", I would easily accept that. Otherwise, it's just not helpful conversation.
