Wonderful communication! Evelyn went above and beyond in helping us through the selling process. We had already moved out of the area when the house went on the market, because of that many tasks landed on her capable shoulders. Amazing realtor and person. You couldn’t find anyone better. Words would fail to describe the work ethic, demeanor and care she gave to me in finding the perfect property for me. She listened and never tried to fit me into a property but found the property for me. Above and beyond every step along the way. The best out there!!! Like to start out saying she is the most honest person out there! We looked at a lot of homes in the rogue valley. She was always open minded with me in my options and always gave good advice when the homes weren’t in good shape and possible problems down the road. I don’t dislike this but there are not any houses listed on their site and yet they have signs posted at a house for sale near me. A little disappointing. It’s also the only house I’ve seen by them so maybe they are just a little underdeveloped.
