We were here for the Caladium Festival-one night only. This hotel was a very good choice. Great staff, room was clean, fresh, A/C. Breakfast was very good. Pet friendly.

The location - great also. The hotel is on the main highway, but it is quiet, not a lot of traffic. !! Your GPS may want you to drive through a housing area, but just make a U-Turn on the highway..you'll see what I mean.

Since I visited last December 2023, the Ramada in Lake Placid, Florida, has undergone a complete improvement. The building has been painted, the welcome areas were very clean, my room was super clean and very comfortable, especially NO carpet, which made a big difference. The staff, under the new management of Ms. Carmen New, was very courteous, speedy and I felt complete satisfaction. The Continental breakfast was very complete...even got freshly cooked cheesy egg pancakes! Very crispy waffle. A complete improvement!

I enjoyed everything it was great experience and many options for breakfast and was able to have my puppy with me. Everyone was nice and friendly. I also recommended my daughter and she also rented a room there also. Great experience

This hotel needs a bulldozer. There’s absolutely no excuse for the horrible condition of the rooms. The toilet seat was damaged beyond repair (it’s a $30 item FFS, there’s no reason for this), the furniture was chipped and broken and in desperate need of replacement. Do not stay here.

I highly recommend this Hotel. You cannot get better customer service, beginning with Niketta, Jocelyn and Amy, they go out of the way to please you. Carmen is the manager of the place and you can see that she takes her job very seriously and tries to please the customers and be there for the employees. Maria clean our room and she would stop every day and see if we needed more shampoo or conditioners, she was in top of her job, always with a smile. The lady that put the breakfast together knew that I only took decaffeinated coffee and she made sure it was ready at 6am. The place is extremely clean, the service cannot be beat. Everyone wants to help you and with a smile. What are you waiting for, book your next trip to this destination. we are 100% satisfied!!!

This was expected to be just a bed for the night. The bed, pillows and quiet made the experience excellent. I overslept as a result. The staff was kind and attentive as well. I left a custom made baseball cap. When I returned two weeks later, it was there kept in great condition, waiting for me.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious and free. The employees were extra helpful and very professional. The room had a nice large bathroom. The bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. The wifi and reception worked well. This hotel was inexpensive and very accommodating. Thank you.
