Rainbow restoration did a great job at communicating and staying in contact the entire time. Their technician Anthony that came out was very explanatory with everything he was doing And really did a good job making sure we understood what we were going expect and what we should anticipate.

I recently had Rainbow Restoration of Central Valley come to my home after a water leak caused some damage. I can’t say enough good things about their team. They responded super quickly, explained everything they were doing, and handled the mold and water damage thoroughly. The crew was professional and made the whole process much easier than I expected. They were also flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciated. If you need any restoration work, these are the people to call!

The Rainbow International staff is very professional, caring, and responsive to customers and their needs. They provide all necessary aspects of mitigation, restoration, and customer service. The ladies, Paula and Maria, are very protective of your things and clean everything explicitly. The men move your stuff and provide the heavy work that needs to be done. They are all very kind, considerate, through and caring. I highly recommend Rainbow International of Modesto for all of your mitigation and restoration needs. However, I did find that one of my glass framed paintings had broken while the crew was moving the paintings around and that on two separate occasions, the crew attempted to conceal tbe broken glass frame from me by hiding it behind other paintings. The company later did compensate me for the broken glass frame. Also the crew so tightly packed some of the boxes in my closet that they cannot be pulled out and will have to be wedged out with a chisel. The crew demanded that I sign off the project before all the work was done and actually had one of the workers stand there next to me until I signed it off..Needless to say, I felt intimidated. This second, more critical, portion of the review starting with the word "However," was added later, not in the presence of the crew.

I had water damage in my bathrooms and was directed to Rainbow Restoration. Nav did what he could to assist me when it came to dealing with insurance and that was much appreciated. Erik and Rodolfo did an excellent job in repairing areas that were not done to my satisfaction. Erik was polite and professional and paid attention to detail. My only issues were with communication, I wasn't informed when someone would come out. I don't know if that's an office issue or what the case is but there was several occasions I wasn't informed of things. Once I asked them what was going on with the communication Erik Alcantar made sure to give me information on repairs and give me time frames of arrival.

We are very pleased with the great job Jorge, Ariana and Maria did in our home. Although there was tons and tons of items (delicates too) to pack they were very pleasant and treated every item like their own. They are knowledgeable, and fast. They always took the time to answer all my questions pleasantly. They have great work ethics are punctual, pleasant and efficient. I recommend them for any job big or small.

Rainbow International Restoration has saved the day for our family twice in two weeks! Jose Solis came out for two separate leaks, and was absolutely wonderful. The week after he completed the removal of mold under our kitchen sink, Jose and Erik Alcantar came back out to inspect a roof leak. On both occasions they were on time, provided a lot of communication regarding our issues (from Erik and Jose and the team at the office), and very meticulously and professionally completed our projects. I was incredibly impressed with the time and care they took taping off my cabinetry in the kitchen. We were not prepared for a project that big, so I hadn’t removed my decorations or anything from inside the drawers and cabinets. Jose took care of everything for me, and was so respectful of our home. This has definitely not been my experience with construction in the past!

While I am crossing my fingers that our aging home does not require us to call Rainbow International Restoration again soon, I definitely would hire them in the future (and request Jose and Erik)!

Rainbow Restoration sent one person to tarp my house after a tree fell into it. He arrived with no idea what company he worked for and no equipment. I called Rainbow Restoration and they confirmed he was the person they sent. He didnt measure anything and left to buy tarps. It took him two hours to return and when he did, the tarps were too small. He didnt cover all of the damaged area. He also used scraps of broken shingles to try to cover a corner of the house that was damaged. He didnt secure the tarps, even though there was an impending storm, and the tarp caved in. He created a funnel for water to pour into my home. Now the inside of my house is flooded. He also left all the garbage from the tarp wrappings spread across my yard.

In response to Rainbow Restoration's response: The tree was removed. I spoke with Matt and advised him it was being removed and told him what time the tree removal company would be done. Later in the day, and after the tree had been removed, Juan arrived. He didnt know the name of your company and said someone named Danny sent him to tarp the house. I called your office and spoke with Matt again. He said Danny is a supervisor and confirmed Juan was the person your company sent to tarp the house. To be clear, insurance contracted with your company to perform two work requests. One was to tarp the house. The second was to do the water mitigation.
