Very disappointing experience. Matt seems to listen but does zero follow up.
Submitted pre-application to county through these guys and getting BASIC accurate answers from Greenwood and the county has proven very difficult, wrong, incomplete, inaccurate (purposely?) and seems careless .
Most of my experience with developing land or renovating properties has been outside of California and up until moving here appeared a bit over regulated and intrusive, but manageable. But wow, California is special, it can get very expensive and confusing very fast (with a lot of misinformation or lack of clear accurate answers/responses).
Matt, maybe you should follow up with customers and return calls. The basic answers could possibly save the people you are serving a lot of headaches and time.
