They built our custom home beautifully. They finished a month ahead of schedule. They were I incredibly responsive to all texts/calls/emails throughout the process. They addressed various minor inevitable issues that arose — even a year after completing the build. And most importantly, they did not exceed the budget by even a penny.

Highly recommended! My experience with RC Dent Construction cannot be expressed in enough words. The weekly meetings to discuss the progress on our home and address any questions we may have had is unlike any builder we have heard of. Scott Dent has such an incredible knowledge of home building and the materials that he uses. Its beyond impressive to say the least. If you are not sure what brick, stucco, rock, style etc. he will give you an honest opinion and not just tell you what costs the most. I found some tile that I absolutely loved but it was way out of my budget. Scott proposed an alternative option that ended up looking even better than my original choice at 1/4th the cost. What builder does that? The quality of products and materials they use are incredible. Their attention to even the smallest of details is amazing. The comfort in knowing that my home was being built exactly how I envisioned it and not worrying that I would have to settle for something less made my dream home building/buying an unforgettable experience.
