My loan officer called Andy about a foundation inspection, and Andy came out the next day. He kept me updated throughout the day and even sent videos of my sweet puppies. His customer service skills are fabulous. I would recommend Andy to anyone and everyone!!

I called Andy because we need some serious work done here in our office to build out a new server room. Before I could hardly explain what we needed, he cut me off, saying, "Nope. I'm out. I'm not going to take that." We already have an estimate for the job: $4700.

The only reason I was upset over the declination is because of his tone. He insinuated that the job was somehow beneath him without knowing a thing about what we needed done.

Save yourself some time and look elsewhere if you need serious work done.
