We have been with them for over two years and they have been perfect landlords. They maintain any issues, have always been very helpful and not bothered us unless it was important.

Horrible landlords. 1/3 of our house flooded all winter. No contractor or water restoration tech ever came out, repairs took forever, rent was not adjusted for losing 1/3 of what we were paying rent for... And to top it off Jan is incredibly rude. Stay away.
