We just had a few ideas as to what we wanted and Edgar really worked his magic and came up with a design that we absolutely love. He and his crew were very efficient and worked so hard. Edgar, Rosario and Brian were awesome. I can say hands down the best crew we have ever had on a house project. Not only was the final build beautiful Edgar was so responsive and thoughtful with our requests and ideas and turned them into a design that was better than we thought. Rosario and Brian were here every day on time, worked with diligence and kept the yard clean even throughout the build. If you want excellent, quality work you will seek them out!! It is well worth the money you will spend to have a truly excellent crew doing the job. They did the pergola and the three concrete islands. Edgar is also incredibly responsive and always on site checking up on the work and rolls up his sleeves as well. The artistry in the pergola is superb…and the concrete islands built with details we never thought of… they add the extra touches that you don’t think of!! They deserve 11/10. They always went above and beyond! We are so happy with the final results.

We did a complete backyard renovation which included demo, bbq island, granite, wall, pavers, patio cover, irrigation, electrical, plumbing and artificial turf. Edgar and his team did an amazing job transforming our front and back yards here in San Marcos. Reliable, friendly, respectful and neat, they made the process as seamless and clear as possible.

Back yard:
The crew removed an old retaining wall, including 6 palm tree stumps and roots. They then prepped the area with electrical and plumbing and built a beautiful, sturdy new retaining wall closer to the fence. This added 8 additional feet of usable depth to our yard and reinforced the fence area for many years of weather and use. The crew was careful and thorough in their demo and preparation of the area. Edgar ensured each phase was level, tamped down, sturdy, and square. They carefully removed and replaced a portion of the fence every single day so my puppy could continue to use the yard during construction. Their precision and attention to detail was wonderful.

Front yard:
The team removed all the old roots, stumps, wood chips, rocks, and other obstacles from the entire front yard. Edgar then reorganized all the sprinklers and drainage to replace what used to be a lawn with artificial turf and concrete. He tested all the sprinklers and drains thoroughly before burying the pipes, and made sure to explain all the changes to me and my husband throughout each phase so we would know what was done. The crew then spent days carefully scraping and leveling the area, drawing curves in the landscape according to my (very particular) preferences. Again, Edgar ensured all surfaces were level and tamped down before the next layer of preparation went down. They installed concrete for a driveway extension and a patio extension, seamlessly matching our existing patio, stairs, and driveway. His concrete team were careful and paid attention to all the small details, and I was able to help decide which lines went where (this was very important to me). My kids were even able to put their handprints in the new driveway concrete! Edgar and his team then installed the artificial turf we selected from Purchase Green, spending an entire day carefully tamping it down, putting in the infill, and combing it into place with a gas powered brush. His crew took care of all the delivery, demo, hauling away of debris, and final cleanup. This left the entire yard looking beautiful, clean, and ready for plants and other landscaping.

Now our front yard has a stunning, modern look that will last us for many years of use by an active neighborhood full of kids and families!

This is the biggest renovation project we have ever taken on, and Edgar made the whole process so much more manageable than I expected. He stayed in constant communication, listened to my concerns, took care of even the small details, and always remembered to include my special requests and modifications. Every day the crew cleaned up after themselves, and Edgar talked me through what they did that day and what was planned for the following day. They showed up on time, working efficiently until the job was done. Often working past their expected hours without complaint.
