There were a few glitches with equipment arrival and why my appointment was delayed (got 2 different stories) and then an oversight in the installation which was rectified the next day. I was told I would be compensated on my invoice (which was a pleasant unsolicited offer) but then I was charged the full amount.
The install guys were very nice and professional and the main office person was a great mediator between what was going on in the office/delivery and onsite.

we are so glad to have Quantum in our town. we called them to help recover our youtube tv account to our new tv. being an older tech challenged couple we were thrilled they sent a tech over to our home two days earlier than promised?. they were quick and knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.
