The gentleman that installed our concrete walkway did a fabulous job! However, our paver walkway install was completed by a different employee and was just okay.

I asked Alex to come out and look a my completed install, and he agreed to have his employee make a few revisions. I took off work or used my leave time to be present for the revision, and each time it was cancelled with little notice the day of service. Now, l understand employee or family illness, however, l assumed Purchase Green had more than 1 employee capable of completing the work.

After the second or third same day cancellation, Alex text me that the employee would show up on Friday or Saturday, providing not estimated time of arrival, again requiring me to take off work, as l work over 1 hour away. It should come as no surprise that Purchase Green did not show up on Friday or Saturday, nor did they contact me to inform me they would not be showing up.

My interaction with Purchase Green revealed them to be unreliable, unprofessional, not respectful of another persons work schedule.

Excellent customer service! Juan was very Informative on every aspect of my project. Their team remove soil and installed synthetic turf on about 1200sq ft in two days was very professional timely and efficient.My synthetic grass is absolutely beautiful.
