We used Protector Construction to do a full kitchen demo and remodel. We talked with a handful of contractors and just really liked how hands-on and transparent Rember was when we met with him. He was honest and collaborative - he made it feel like we were on the same team going through the process together. We are very happy with the finished product. It is what we wanted and pictured - and it is very well constructed and beautiful. They were the best communicators throughout the project. When any typical construction-type issues or questions would pop up, we talked through and addressed them together. We love our kitchen!

I Highly recommed this company. The absolute best customer service during a world pandemic. They returned my phone call immediately! I had my initial call with Alex and I was impressed with her responsiveness and that she actually listened to what we wanted. Mike and Rember, the project managers handled their team timely and professionally. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves each day. Chaliss answered all of our questions in detail with our selection of products. You can see the compassion they had while working in and around our home. My advise to anyone looking for excellent service call Protector. They aim to please.

We did our kitchen with Protector Construction and we’re very happy with how it turned out. Originally we intended to keep the layout, so we could get additional storage and counterspace. Chaliss gave us a few suggestions for a fantastic new layout that we fell in love with. The construction process during Covid-19 was safe and made us feel at ease. We appreciated all the additional safety measures they put in place. The crew were highly skilled and professional. Their timeline was correct for the project during the estimating process, even when there were some delays with the delivery of appliances due to the state of the world, we were very satisfied with the team's response. We have referred them to our neighbors and friends. We want them to come back to do our bathrooms.

Protector construction did a full gut remodel of the house attached to our row home. The lady that lived in that home bought it in the 80’s and didn’t update anything on the house for over 40 years. Protector construction turned what was an eyesore into the gem on Capitol Hill. My jaw hit the floor when I saw their remodel. It was astounding! The house went under contract in record time (no surprise there) and helped with the value of the surrounding homes as the once dilapidated property is now the nicest house on the block!
