This company was great to work with while going through the renting process and while living in the property. Very easy and very responsive. However, when leaving the property after 3yrs they took almost my entire deposit. Somethings I agree were valid others not so much. Where I have the bigger issue is I was charged for the yard. I was ok per the bark needed to be replaced and just some trimming to be done. I am still in the area and drove by the house multiple times and the yard I was charged for was never done. New tenants live there so they just kept the money claiming they needed to do things and never did them, so this makes me feel like other things in the house they claimed needed to be fixed and kept my money may not have been. So just a warning doesn’t count on getting your refund back when you move out.
