I recently had Progressive install an HVAC ductless heating and air system at my house. This was a particularly challenging job since the house was built in 1906 and in everything we’ve done with the house keeping true to the original design has always been a major priority. Our experience with Progressive was outstanding, and the team did a super job. We had a great experience with Progressive’s installation of our mini-split system so far. Suraj was willing to work with me as we went through a couple iterations of the install plan and in the end we found a simpler solution that was more cost effective. It is a 5-zone system, so not simple. The guys were here for 3 days doing the install and were professional the entire time. Not a spec of dirt left behind, even. We recently had Progressive remove our old oil furnace and install a heat pump system. I can't say enough good things about Suraj and his team! We planned for a 2 day install but they got it all done in one day. His team were very polite and friendly. We asked that they place the new furnace as deep into the old space as possible and they did it so well! They left our house and install areas cleaner than when they started! People have said we would miss the feel of the heat from our oil furnace but this system is doing a great job and our house is warmer than it has ever been.
