Be extremely cautious of working with Jeffrey Draeger owner of ProCraft or any affiliates They may do nice work if they finish the job, but you could end up with a lien on your property for non-payment of materials they install. Check their license and all their partners—Google all of them, check the courts. They all have a history of being sued. They may even start a new company due to the searchable history.

Jeffrey used to be Dreager Construction and lost their license then too. They still owe me $40,000.00! They owed me upwards of $75,000 because they asked to use my credit cards for small incidentals that turned into $16,000 within 40 minutes, Fortunately I was able to dispute those charges. ProCraft received $40,000 in materials from me (between cabinets and flooring) for their remodel customer and an apartment complex job that paid them $130,000 upfront.

Jeffrey, Marcella, and Kathleen refused to pay me for the materials. They wrote me a post dated check for $6,874.50 June 6,2024. They continued to tell me, “We are picking up $75,000 today. You can cash the check Monday.” NEVER HAPPENED. I received the same excuse for two months.

When I tried to cash the check in late July the check was returned from the bank NSF. Jeffrey then said, “Oh, you weren’t supposed to cash that check. It was only to make you feel better because you were demanding money all the time. We wanted to make you feel good”

Jeffrey told me, “If you are worried about your credit, then get a loan.” He also said, “Even if your vendors sue you, they can’t hurt you. Just file bankruptcy like I did.” I told him I only wanted to be paid and keep my credit good. I had NO debt before he came to me. If I didn’t pay my vendors I lose my business.

They still refuse to pay me. They know how to use the law to get out of it. Unless you have money and time to spend chasing them, beware. His best friend is his attorney and he will drag it out so long you will lose more money.
So this is what happened- he set me up dug into my personal and finances. He knew I did not have the money to protect myself but I have great credit.

Initially In February 2024, Jeffrey came to me and offered to deposit $100K into my business to be a partner with me so ProCraft could buy materials through my store with a minimal markup. He never put the money in my store to be partners, so in April 2024 he said, “We will order all our materials through you until my money comes in.” He told me he needed my good credit because he had big plans for our new partnership.

He used me to make a lot of money, and now I am the one suffering, trying to pay for their materials that he made profits on. Now, I’m in debt trying to survive because I did take a loan to pay my vendors after Jeffrey’s broken payment promise the first time.

I carried their debt without knowing they would never pay. In my opinion Jeffrey is a grifter and thief. Jeffrey even asked me to co-sign on a no-limit credit card in June before I realized he was never going to pay.

Filing a CSLB complaint does no good they are not a collection agency and his license is already suspended. He has money and is collectible he just chooses who he wants to pay.

This is not slander because everything is 100% factual with all documents to prove it.

We had a rotted door frame that left our front door unusable, and reached out to ProCraft for help and we could not be more pleased! Mike Yin was our excellent 'intake' contact and handled the estimate with fantastic professionalism and transparency - and that ethic is clearly threaded throughout the company. Once work began, the repair staff were efficient, professional and thorough throughout the process. Very polite, and went the extra mile to restore all involved areas to better than new condition. We moved to a new office and hired PCB to wall-mount new TVs and to bring a roughly 10-foot cabinet section, including the granite top from the old office to the new one. The work was good-quality and clean. The cabinet specifically was moved intact, impressive considering the large granite top. Would recommend and/or use them again!

I would not trust what they say based on my experience. Jeffrey Draeger promised to give detailed quote and at competitive prices. So I decided it was a worthy investment of time to meet. Long story short, the quote took forever to get after meeting Jeffrey is "busy". I had to keep prompting him to do it. When I did get it, it was very vague. It also was not very competitive price wise in certain areas in my opinion. Jeffrey keeps complaining he is too busy to answer questions, etc. about the quote. Thats fine then don't waste peoples time when they explain exactly what they are looking for and encourage them for an hour to meet them. He was associated with Draeger construction, which if you read the reviews you will want to stay away. He told me it was his dads company and they still owe people money. Where there is smoke, there is fire! My recommendation be very careful with him and best to stay away.
