I had a rental for 6 months with Prime Country real estate. During this period they failed to provide me with comfortable living conditions. It had an old minisplit that was too small. On cold winter days it was hard to get the room up to 55 degrees. The bathroom had black mold and I had to clean it myself because of their failure to address the mold in a timely manner. I had the carpet professionally cleaned and was charged 100 for failure to provide a receipt.

I’ve now been with Prime Country for 4 years and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had when renting. I feel protected and secure in my home, and any time there’s an issue or I have questions, Maddie comes to the rescue right away.

When we moved homes, they made sure we were cared for and complimented on how great we took care of the place, helped me get things handled at both addresses, and I was so relieved to receive my deposit to put towards the new place. These are wonderful people and if you see a listing pop up as available through them, run, don’t walk!

Glorified slumlords. Imagine Van Anderson with a real estate/property management license. Their daughter, Hanna, is the head of the property management side of the company and is completely incompetent without handholding from her parents. With handholding; she is mostly incompetent. For example, we requested 2 additional days, pro-rated, and she sent an invoice for another full month's rent. This took many exchanges to fix as she does not pay attention to detail and asked that we review the invoice in question after we already reviewed and clearly pointed out the discrepancies. They'll over charge and under deliver every time. They charged us for disposal, cleaning, and repair fees that were preexisting, yet told us that it was "as-is" when we moved in. (I.e., no fresh paint, damaged doors & floors, mold in bathroom, moldy & uncleaned refrigerator, overgrown yard with trash and debris). When we moved out, they fixed the home up to sell and charged us (the tenants) the fees instead of the homeowner. A reasonable person would assume that they are this devious in every aspect of their business.

Was so greatful in 2019 when they called back and said come see the place and gave me the keys! Haven't had no landlord issues. And any house issues were taken care of as soon as possible. Either call and leave a message or shoot an email and get a response by the end of day or morning. And they have worked with me on some late payments and I really appreciate that🩷 very understanding and willing to work with you.
