If I could give this guy Jim zero stars I would. Don’t trust a word he says. He’s left us high and dry now he has his money. Still waiting on the written guarantee he promised. Got his money never came back to sort issues.
Issues remain outstanding along with digging up the council road without prior discussion/ permission. Sorry Your issue not mine. Other potential customers beware. I previously read bad reviews from this company he assured me he had new and better workforce not true. Potential customers, Seriously consider looking elsewhere.
Situation was discussed with you prior to starting the job. Reassurances were given prior to starting the job. A relatively small problem was aggravated into a huge issue.

Really pleased with the work this company have carried out for us . Completed a driveway in days and the workmen never stopped until the job was complete. Jim was excellent and very professional with all our needs and expectations and even when we changed our mind with things he and his team accommodated our wishes without any hesitation. Communication has been excellent throughout and he visited us twice prior to work commencing to make sure we were happy and understood what the work involved. Absolutely delighted with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. Thanks Jim and all your team
