We engaged Chris Wendt of ATI Structural Design to do an open-concept remodel of our 1965 house. We worked out the entire project remotely, the charge was very reasonable, the plans were impressive, Prescott approved the permit application, we installed the beam as per specification, and the final inspection was just approved by Prescott City. The house is so much better now! Chris was excellent to work with.

We had the BEST experience with Chris from Prescott Structural Engineers. He was fast, efficient, affordable and super easy to work with. Our structural plans went through the county with zero corrections, no problem. We will definitely be using him again if we ever need structural plans in the future!
