We use several architectural firms for our company and build throughout the United States and internationally. We were so busy with projects our architects were not able to keep up. We reached out to Prescott Muir Architects to help us. Our Chief Design Officer (CDO) and Project Manager Director personally interviewed Prescott Muir. On the surface they seemed to be creditable and so we hired them for a project. Worst mistake we ever made. They took a year to complete the architectural plans (which all or our other Firms complete within 3-4 months). When the Township requested clarification they took months to turn around the information. And when asked by our company to push back on the Township they refused. We estimate Prescott Muir caused the project to overrun about 1 1/2 years and over a $100,000.00 in unnecessary construction costs. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
