Ryan is an excellent real estate agent, and a really nice guy. Hard worker and listens to what his clients want and why. We had a bad experience with a Keller Williams agent to start our home purchase search last year and wound up looking for another agent because we were simply getting the “do-it-yourself” fmls link approach. We basically had a listing agent that didn’t want to do the work of a buyers agent, but didn’t tell us that. When we put our home on the market, we got connected with Ryan. After seeing how he worked, we decided to switch from our Keller Williams agent to Ryan for our new home as well. The experience was night and day difference. He’s available, proactive, and a great salesperson & communicator to get deals done and keep everyone happy. We had a particularly challenging seller on our new home purchase, and had Ryan not handled it perfectly as he did, we may not be living in our current home where we are now raising our first child. She explained to us the best strategies for having an offer accepted, and by following her recommendations, ours was! You can tell a lot about a business when something goes wrong. Nothing went wrong with the services provided, but the original buyers of our home were very difficult and eventually backed out. Throughout the process Ryan and Lisa were awesome. Ryan in particular went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways, including sweeping our driveway as leaves began to fall. We had the home sold again quickly for the same amount of money. The number of times he came over to the house to make sure it was in good shape since we had moved away was great. We met Connie Herrel early in the the very speedy process of purchasing our Atlanta home. We had made a quick decision to move back to Atlanta after living in California for 6 years. Her work ethic was sensational and her dedication to finding the "right" home as opposed to making a sale was instantly evident to us and the reason we chose to work with her after just one meeting.
