Hello, Prellis Property Management.

I wanted to let you know what a great job, Shannon Greene has done for me and my family. My wife and I were looking for a home in the Northridge area after the owner of our current Valencia rental decided to sell the property.

A few weeks ago, we thought that we found a good new townhome through your website in Granada Hills but it turned out that the particular property did not meet our specific needs.

Instead of dismissing us as clients, Shannon immediately looked at all the Prellis properties as well as the upcoming rentals and recommended one that wasn't even available on your website.

Shannon took into consideration all of our needs as a family and thought that this would be the best home and location for us.

Shannon was very unprofessional; my husband and I applied for a rental in the City of San Fernando. Shannon never answered my husbands calls, she barely answered mine, and when she did… she rushed me off the phone. On a Thursday she said our applications looked great, and by the following week our applications were denied. I tried to ask Shannon the reason why , but she quickly rushed me off the phone. I followed up with an email, and I never got a response. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

I scheduled an appointment for a house showin not a tour so when you make a specific times appointment you expect to be seen/greeted by the property manager or whoever is showing the house and then give YOU/YOUR PARTY the tour of the house but instead we walked up another party was waiting outside to see the house aswell while the manager was inside viewing the house to another party (i understand corona you can't view multiple parties at the same time)BUT you then shouldn't be scheduling appointments at the same time as other! I shouldnt have set an appointment for 2:15 and show up to 2 other parties being shown the house and the. We have to stand outside for half hour or longer to see the house in 108 degrees?!? Nope I left not wasting my time and probably will never view a house with this company on the management side because of how disrespectful that is and not professional.
