My furniture was in storage with PRC while my home kitchen, and living room flooring was taken out and replaced with new flooring due to a water heater leak while I was out of town. When it was returned and everything put back in place it looked just how it was when they took it. Alexander and Oscar were amazing working from 10:30 to 3pm on a hot day and was very professional and friendly while working with great attitudes which you don’t often see these days. Hopefully I will never have any other water damage problems again to my flooring but if I do I have the card that Alexander and Carlos gave me to call PRC again. Thank you for a job well done.

We received incredible service from PRC after a pipe burst occurred in our home while we were out of town. We were most impressed by Juan Carlos Valadez and how he handled the job. Having Juan Carlos on our side gave us more peace of mind throughout a very stressful time, and I would HIGHLY recommend PRC to anyone simply because of the great job from Juan Carlos.

Juan Carlos was the project manager for the mitigation portion of the job. He promptly arrived the same day we called him (Saturday) to inspect damages. Juan Carlos performed a very thorough damage assessment, and then provided a cost estimate for mitigation within only a couple days. The cost of the job was very fair.

The duration for mitigation in our damaged areas (kitchen and bathroom) only took a few days, and we were still able to use both areas as needed. PRC did a thorough inspection after the mitigation was complete to ensure that everything was completely dry.

The damage to our home caused us a lot of anxiety, but it helped tremendously to have Juan Carlos available to ensure that our home would be properly restored. Juan Carlos answered every last question and concern we had, and gave us helpful advice throughout the duration of the project, even when we called outside of regular hours.

We hired PRC to repair damages to our home after a flood occurred while we were away, and they did an amazing job with restoring our home. Repairs were of high quality, fast, and cost effective.

Aaron Martinez was the project manager for the repairs job (after mitigation). Aaron was extremely helpful throughout the entire duration of the repairs project, and made us feel as though our project was the top priority for PRC.

Aaron helped to clearly explain the scope of the project, how things would be repaired, and gave an accurate estimate of the duration of the project.

The repairs for our damages (kitchen and bathroom) only took about a week, and we were able to maintain regular use of both of these areas as needed during the project.

Aaron also provided a fair cost estimate for the repairs, and gave us any applicable discounts available.
