We purchased a house last year in San Jose
And we right away invite about six different companies to exploring and learn about our future project.

Our scope of work was:
Replacing all the windows around the house.
Remove wall in the kitchen and remodel the kitchen.
Flooring all around the house
Some recess slide and renovate our bathrooms because the house was originally built in 1948 and was not remodeled since.

Eshed and his crew came to our house
And I was impressed how they came up with such a simple solution because we were short on storage and we wanted to maximize our space and also we were shocked to know that our project can be done within two months
Most of the companies told us four months and more!

They brought on board their interior designer that makes the project look so fun and easy to plan!

After two weeks we had a complete finish material list ready and a full set of very high-quality of renderings
That gave us the confidence to move forward to construction (:

And I really felt comfortable with them pushing my project consistently and pay attention to details that probably I would never see

The inspection pass smoothly and the job site was always organized and clean.

Best experience ever!
We searched for a general contractor company over a year and once we reached prada builders group and eshed we knew right away that we are a good match.

Our project was to remove some loadbearing walls in the first floor
And redo the kitchen and all bathrooms around the house.

It was fascinated to see how things get done so fast and very on point.
They have a very unique way to organize those kind of project that got us to an amazing timeline of 3 months from start to finish !
