My power was out on October 31, 2024 due to am outage. I was never provided with any information to let me know. I work from home. The power was out from 12-2pm. I asked the supervisor Ron Heiligh to contact me and provide an email to substantiate that the power outage and the time of the outage. He provided me with an email placing blame.

I have an ADT security system that shows no tag was ever placed on my door. Instead of providing me with what was needed he asked me out on a date and I said no. That is unprofessional. I have contacted the Executive Vice President who is avoiding my calls and emails. I have voice recordings and text screen shots that show he was making excuses.

I do not recommend them.

Great company, Im sure individual with low star review wouldn't rather have no utilities in his building. The town authorizes utility work late at night if its is absolutely necessary.
