Power Home Remodeling came to my house and financed their own deal! They made it easy and seamless! Their installation team was also great. My neighbor started his siding remodeling with a different company and a week later they still aren’t done! Power came in and finished in three days- and did a beautiful job on my bouse. They also changed the gutters for free. I am very happy for their fast and quality work!

The Power team recently came to our house and installed all new windows and a new sliding glass door. Originally this review would have been a 4, but because of the Quality Assurance representative Daniela Rueda I bumped it to a 5.
We like that Power sent a representative to make sure the job was done professionally and to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the crew.
The sales man was very informative showing how much more efficient the new windows would be. Our old windows were between 30 and 50 years old, some still had aluminum frames. The only thing he didn’t tell us, was replacement windows tend to be a little smaller than the windows we had. And we had a miscommunication on 2 of the windows that were to be replaced.

Bogden (the crew chief) and his crew were phenomenal. They alone deserve more than a 5. They installed 14 windows and a sliding glass door in one day. They arrived 30 minutes early the day of the install. Bogden double checked all windows and measurements before they began the project. Bogden explained what order they would install and explained the entire process. They laid tarps and plastic down to protect my floors and carpets. As one room was finished someone was in the room cleaning the area. While they were installing Bogden took the time to show me the installation process and answer all of my questions.

The quality assurance person Daniella was a pleasure to deal with, she genuinely cares about the work and customer satisfaction. She explained the lifetime warranty and she took the time to listen to my concerns and corrected what she could. Unlike the project manager Michelle whose response was nothing we can do except charge more to replace the window. I take some blame for one of the incorrect windows because I did not double check the paper work when we placed the order, the other I wanted to change from a crank to a slider but I was content to keep the same crank style window I already had. Dani has arranged for the one window to be changed out so the side of the house is as aesthetically pleasing. Dani also spotted a screen that had a small tear and she has arranged for that to be fixed. Dani did convince me to replace my gutters to help protect my investment of the new windows and we will also replace the shutters as mine have faded.
My biggest complaint with power is the communication. Originally I was to be the primary contact, since my husband would be out of town the day of install. Sometime during the process my husband’s number became the primary. Unfortunately for him, he was called early the morning of the install. My other concern is Power does not give a breakdown of cost of each individual window or door. All that was given was a project total.
We are getting additional work done, Dani did go over that paperwork line by line so we have no faux pas. Unfortunately Power still has not corrected the issue with the primary contact. But if that is the least of our problems we can handle that.
Our advise to anyone using Power is double check all of your paperwork thoroughly and only give one point of contact, if possible. Overall it was a good experience and everyone we spoke with was always professional.

I advise against choosing this company due to their excessive pricing, even when considering their warranty. They caused significant damage to my room extension by removing my gutter guards, which functioned as the drip edge. As a result, rainwater entered my home due to the absence of this crucial component. Despite numerous service calls, no one informed me that the drip edge needed to be reinstalled to prevent further damage. They only emphasized their liability for the gutters and siding, disregarding the fact that they had removed my gutter guards, which are essentially part of the roofing system.
