Post and Beam Design Build solved our issues in a cost effective manner with artisan/carpenters. Our 43 year old post and beam house is now in perfect condition. Rotted deck beams and cedar planks were replaced using the best modern materials. Bill was always available for questions and eager for input from us as we are the original owners. Should we have any additions, updates or repairs necessary, we would call Post and Beam Design Build with confidence.

Fantastic experience with Post & Beam! Bill, Dan, Carson, Chris, Franklin and everyone else on the job did professional, beautiful work. We called Post & Beam to get a quote on a screened-in porch. Bill met with us, listened to our thoughts, and returned with a simple line drawing we fell in love with. From that drawing came a porch that exceeded our imaginations! Bill’s choice of top-notch materials and the execution of his craftsmen even exceeded our high expectations. From Bill’s suggestions for the design of the steps to the choice of ceiling materials enhanced the finished product. His men cleaned up up daily, addressed all of our concerns immediately, and were a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with their workmanship we have since had them replace two exterior doors and adapt an inside door for wheelchair access. If you are looking for high quality work at reasonable prices, look no further than Post and Beam; we highly recommend them and will use them for our next project!

Bill Fannin and his team recently completed an entire kitchen remodel in my home. Their work is absolutely beautiful! Dan arrived every morning and began working at exactly 7:30. He was very detail-oriented and very considerate in my home. Bill was very responsive and able to address any changes I wanted or questions I had immediately. I will be hiring them for any future work I have. I highly recommend you give them a call!

Post and Beam completed extensive repairs to our home after a 100 year old oak fell on our home. All of our heart break, worries and difficulty living in a home under such major construction were soothed and made easier with this team on the job. This was a long term project due to the extent of the damage. The coordination and quality of work is top notch. The team worked diligently to put our home back together with quality materials and workmanship. I was confident that they would restore our home to it's previous condition and they did. It is more beautiful than before. We look forward to having them back to complete renovations on 4 bathrooms, kitchen, basement and build a new porch. I will post photos in the coming weeks as the project wraps up.

We had a wonderful experience with Post and Beam. The demolition of our pool room and subsequent metamorphosis into an outdoor pool was an intimidating project, but we are so thankful that Bill and his crew made it as painless as possible. Everyone was so professional and did their best to allay our fears and concerns. We couldn’t have chosen a better company for this project.

About Feb 2020 I reached out to this company. A very nice lady assisted me and informed me she would pass my information along to Bill(the owner of the company I think). Bill did call me about 2 days later. Very nice guy. I submitted some information to him that he requested from me. After submitting the info, I was hoping to move on and receive some feedback about the job being done or a visit to get feedback if the job could be done. Almost 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear back from him so I decided to call the office. The very nice lady informed me that Bill was attending some family matters in which I totally understand things happen. Today is March 3 2020. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. Kinda upset because I heard great things about this company and I looked forward to working with them. Not sure why I wasn't contacted back after submitting my information but hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We had Bill, the owner, come by to give an estimate of a kitchen remodel and after he left, we never heard from them again. While looking at the project, they constantly try to tell you the cost of the other jobs they have done as opposed to giving a true estimate for the space they were actually standing in. I'm sure this is how the job site would be run as well, where you dont hear from them for days or weeks at a time. I would steer clear!
