We were selling our home of many years due to life changes. There was no corresponding purchase to handle and what was important was selling the house quickly at the best price possible.

What was most impressive upon meeting Scott was his knowledge of the local market, his close working relationship and history with a contractor who agreed to be paid through escrow (i.e. no upfront money) and his concierge service which includes staging and a full social media campaign. Another important reason for the choice was his contagious enthusiasm. He clearly loves what he does and puts a lot of thought and effort into a comprehensive plan to succeed for his clients.

Scott's honesty and market knowledge gave us an asking price that was realistic and aimed at a successful sale instead of shooting for the moon. The upgrade recommendations made by Scott and the contractor Irwin were spot on and worked to highlight the strengths of the house in a simple way at a moderate cost. There were no excessive upgrades to try to put the house in another class, but rather focused changes that highlighted the advantages the house has to offer for the market it is in. Nothing that would dazzle buyers, but also nothing that would turn them off. Irwin and his workers did an excellent job, and quickly. I was so happy with the results I joked about making an offer myself. The house looked great, and the staging created a wonderful example of what a great home it would make for a buyer.

Scott's advice during the contract negotiations was right on and steered us away from any mistakes trying to fine turn the deal for a bit of extra money at the risk of losing out on a sale. We accepted an offer over our asking price and escrow moved smoothly to a quick conclusion.

He is always on call and ready to help out with any issue that comes up in the process of the sale of your home. He knows the ins and outs of the process extremely well due to his vast experience. And he always goes one "extra mile" to help his clients in any way that he can in order to facilitate the sale of the home. It's actually uncanny that he is this brilliant. His professionalism is beyond reproach, and his style is always a welcome smile and a hearty greeting to assist in the complex process of the sale. For example, he arranged for a storage facility to be available for my wife and myself since the moving process was becoming so cumbersome for both of us. He even paid for the facility and allowed us to keep it an extra month if needed.
