The worst managment company. Scammers!! Polinger cockroach company. I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing roach infestation at brighton village. Despite multiple complaints the problem remains unresolved. The roaches are not only a significant nuisance but also a serious health concern. The management’s lack of effective response and the inadequate measures taken to address this issue are unacceptable. I urge prospective renters to be cautious and inquire about pest control measures before committing. It’s disheartening to deal with such poor service and disregard for tenant wellbeing.Refund our money back!!

We were talking about Antoin Thompson in the office today after I just ended a call with him. and everyone was talking about his awesomeness. lol He is an incredible IT training manager who consistently exceeds expectations. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help staff and contractors.

Living at Highland House has been welcoming and a dream. Maintenance responds quickly whenever I have an issue in my apartment. And the staff schedules anything I need done very quickly. The staff is also very considerate of any issues I have, and take care of the property like they would their own homes.

We have been leasing an apartment in Highland House for over 10 years. Although, we have had opportunities to move on several occasions, we continue to sign multi year leases. The staff has always gone out of their way to resolve any many issues that may arise. The security and central location of the property was and como to use to be the main reason we moved here. It is also very nice that they are constantly doing improvements to the building, common areas and Lobby

The personal attention by the staff is amazing. We have been dealing with Kurt Riley for the last decade and he has always been very attentive and helpful.

Not impressed. Especially for rent over 2100/ mo

Recently they have ignored construction of the walkway and dangerous lack of building entry to my building and many others which is absolutely unacceptable and such a liability as there is a five foot deep hole with water and mud and at least 12 small children in the building. Everyone in this area has to climb through the mud and bushes down a hill to get to our parking lot. This hill is by my patio and the incredible lack of privacy is a slap in the face to my consistent on time rental payment and quiet life.

If there is not a safe entry for our building, how can you expect renters to pay? Your company has created a dangerous situation for all of the families in our building. Please resolve this immediately.

Pollinger is a solid property management company that really takes care of its residents. They respond promptly to all requests and the staff are all courteous and professional. Residents are given notice well in advance for any renovations, and projects are completed on time.Their buildings are efficient and well run, and have a new modernized feel. Highly recommend!
