I live in a trailer park and have been on the list for 6 years with a disabled partner. I just called to make a complaint and was told to call back when I have calmed down.
I have to wait while a lady in our park owns 2 trailers and had a section 8 place in Greenville Ca. She lied bout not having property. She owns a FEMA trailer

I called just now for housing assistance and Heidi hung up on me. Do not call here. I'm in an abusive relationship looking for housing help. They do not care! They will hang up on you. The call lasted 15 seconds. I can't believe they don't care. They can't even let me finish asking my question. N I have to be careful how I word things right now because he's here. This place WILL NOT HELP YOU! DO NOT CALL HERE!

Officials do NOT return telephone calls. Bureau-crats who do not work for community. Mishandled my application from nearly two years ago. Claimed I did not submit ID when I sent birth certificate since I cannot drive. No pic. ID at that time. No letter of explanation!! Application never sent back.

I called and left a message for the receptionist. He returned my call within 5 minutes. Answered my questions totally and completely. Not only that but offered further assistance I would not have known existed. All in all a helpful experience. The automated systems a bit trifling. But just take a breath and be patient.
