We worked with Pine Canyon this summer to finish our basement, and I can't say enough good things about them! They were so good about matching the style to the rest of the house, and they were so FAST. It took about 8 weeks total start to finish, and we love the end result. They were kind, easy to work with, and helpful. And we also loved the price point! Great quality for a great price. I'm including our before and after pics for reference. Thanks again to the team!

Pine Canyon homes has finished two basements for us. We had an idea of what we wanted, and weren't sure of the details (room dimensions, closet sizes and locations, bathroom layout, etc.) They made the best use of the space that we had and did a lot of custom work.

On the first house, the finished bedrooms were very roomy for how little room they had to work with and they include walk-in closets. The basement looks like it was finished by the original builder because they were able to match the doors, baseboards, wall texture, faucets, and fixtures. We would definitely have them do work for us again and would even consider having them build our next home.

On the second house, there were a lot of custom features the original builder started but didn't finish. All of these were taken into account with an idea of how much each feature would cost to complete or how much money could be saved by starting over.

Dan, Nathan, Zach and crew were very professional and polite. Their sheetrocking crew listens to awesome music (and they are VERY fast). Pricing is fair and very competitive and there were never any surprises. Nate kept us in the loop at all times with timeframes on when things would be complete and when we needed to choose paint colors, flooring, etc. He set dates on when things needed to be chosen and when to expect to see and hear workers.

We recently used Dan and his crew to finish our basement. The whole experience was surprisingly enjoyable. When searching for a contractor, it was important to me to find someone who would give me the freedom to choose different lighting, vanities, mirrors, etc. from the standard, and Dan was happy to make that happen without a surcharge. He was up-front about costs, did high-quality work, started and finished earlier than expected, and even moved a wall for us at no additional charge when we decided to make a bedroom larger during framing. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We have worked with Pine Canyon homes several times in the last 3 years. Most recently we had them take on a huge remodel. We had renters in a home that literally trashed it. Left it with a large amount of work that needed to be done in a short period of turn around time. We are talking everything from floors to ceilings. I went into the renovation doubting things could be done in the 2 week time frame that we needed. We were blown away with results. Nate, Dan and their team did an amazing job. They exceed all of our expectations from excellent finish work to professionalism and they finished in time! Thank you Pine Canyon for the amazing job that you did. We couldn't be happier and we look forward to building with them again in the future!

We just had Pine Canyon build our new home. We are incredibly happy with the outcome. It is far better than we could have hoped for. Nate & Dan were once again a pleasure to work with. I have heard nightmare stories about people building and ending up unhappy with their builders. That wasn't the case with us. We absolutely could not be happier with our home and with them.

We absolutely love working with these group of guys. They are efficient, fun, and quick! We have had them do several different jobs for us including finishing a basement in our previous home, installing can lights in our house, and building a pantry for us in our kitchen. All of which have been exactly what we wanted with so much attention to detail. You won't go wrong asking them to work on anything in your house!

I used to work as a foreman for a restoration company, and we'd work with Pine Canyon every chance we had. Honest, efficient, and hard-working, I can't say enough good about them. Of the owners, I only met Nate, but when we build our next home, I'm calling him for sure. You can call one of the big builders, who think of you as a number, or you can call Nate and his crew.

Great people to work with. We first had them finish our 500 sq ft bonus. It looked fantastic and was a major wow factor when we decided to sell. We then used them to build our current home. Great experience and great company. Highly recommend.

while dans work in generally pretty good, we have just had a very unfortunate experience with him
when finishing our basement, he negligently did not properly refit the window he removed to gain access for the sheetrock
as a result my brand new gym was flooded
dan fixed the wall and the window sill (albeit at a weird angle) but refused to take any responsibility for the floor
he has not even offered to pay for the cleaning of the carpet
long story short, a week after i paid to have the carpets cleaned and deodorized, it still smelled really bad
dan again refused to even talk about a solution for the carpets
very disappointing after the amount of money we have spent with him
i also read that dan will not nickle and dime you - i have to disagree - he charged me for every little thing that he did and even tried to charge me for the required second electrical distribution board that was installed
