Peterson Development has zero consideration for the neighborhood they invade. They are building homes behind us in West Jordan, and have been nothing but problematic. Their contracts block our driveway, leave their trash in our yard, start before the designated start time of 7:00 am and do NOTHING to control dust while the excavate the property. I called them directly and was told "we are so sorry, we will take care of it" ALL LIES. I called again, and was told the same thing with the same result. I understand some dust is expected, but with no attempt from them to even try and minimize it, they have shown they really don't care how much they negatively impact the existing homeowners. If you hear they are coming to you area, fight them. I will never use or recommend Peterson homes, or development to ANYONE.
