We have been thinking about selling our home and did not know the current value. We found The Brokerage online service on estimated value of our home. Peter called soon after we received the online estimate, we made a date to review our home. Peter was a great help on pointing out things that would need to be done to maximize the price of our home. Peter also had a number of good repair people that could help with any repairs needed. We did use one of his painters who did a great job. We have had seven homes and are not new to buying or selling, saying that the amount of realtors we have dealt with was not always good and a few times bad. Peter on the other hand was very honest, answered all my questions or got an answer on anything he was not sure of .
